After departing to take over for the New Jersey Devils broadcasts, longtime Isles pre-game and post-game host Deb Placey will be replaced by former Colorado Avalanche host Peter Ruttgaizer who worked with Altitude Sports Network in Colorado.
AT: Was personally hoping and praying for Billy Jaffe myself as I found him one of the most comprehensive analysts to cover the Isles in a long time, but having another experienced host is okay too. Hopefully Ruttgaizer can help provide some of the great in-depth analysis that Deb Placey was able to provide and the Isles coverage on MSG, as bare as it sometimes may feel, will get a little better.
