Welcome to Islanders Central!
We, Alex Tessler and Carey Haber (Poseidon and Isles4Ever11 on the Islander Mania forum, respectively) are two diehard Islander fans attempting to bring you a fan's perspective on current situations in Islander country, around the league and other tidbits concerning hockey. We have both lived on Long Island our entire lives and have been Islander fans for many years now. We hope to give you a source to find news on your favorite team as well as a solid place to find a different opinion. We also run the "Vote YES" Facebook page and Twitter accounts. We are not affiliated with the New York Islanders or the National Hockey League in any way, shape or form. We are simply fans attempting to communicate with the rest of the hockey world.
